  • I didn’t love Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, but at least it was a “new” movie, unlike The Strangers Part 1, which merely existed as an inferior rehash of the first film.

  • Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes and Deadpool & Wolverine will continue Bob Iger’s practice of buying the competition and selling continued success as a Disney triumph.

  • Are Sony’s Bad Boys Ride or Die fan screenings capitulations to the new influencers > journalists status quo, about avoiding talk of “the slap” or both?
