• Inside Out 2 just passed The Super Mario Bros. Movie as the second-biggest-grossing (domestic and worldwide) animated feature film, so 2010s-era nostalgia seems to have an audience.

• Review: Twisters is a pandering, try-hard remake of Twister that doesn’t do enough to differentiate itself from its comparatively loose and casual 1996 predecessor.
