Listen now | Josh Spiegel, author of ‘Yesterday is Forever’ and “Pixar and the Infinite Past,’ joins us to discuss and dissect the sad decline of Pixar as a once-towering A+ butts-in-seats theatrical brand name.
Just watched 100s of beavers lol were you high as hell watching it??? It feel like that would be the best way to watch it. I was not had a couple drinks though
Nia Dacosta will do fine because she has the horror talent you can’t teach. Shots that create the feeling of the uncanny in absence of even a soundtrack. It’s like Dario. It barely matters what’s happening in the script. Her direction should paper over Garland’s trash writing since the fasci rot has set in and liquified his brain. “Fighting fascists isn’t pleasant so don’t bother”- Alex Garland’s triumph of the will… errr I mean civil war.

I’d tell the Pixar animators to come here to Canada but they’d probably choke on the sweet air of freedom.
